Plan called for 15x 25 sec on 1 min off. Warmed up for 17 minutes and then started the intervals. Ran out towards Osbornes and then back. Nice easy pace back home. Right leg is still tight, and a good pain under my right buttocks???
Ran out 20 minutes and then back. Pace was comfy and left foot felt great during and even after. Right leg still feels tight from my butt all the way down to my foot. Could use a deep massage most liekly??
