Stay healthy so that I can run long into my life! Try and get faster on shorter miles this winter. Try and focus on having fun with running and helping other people along the way!

Ran out 30 minutes and then back.  Right buttocks is hurting a little, right leg feels tight?

Took Wed, Thurs and Fri off due to achy left heel and right leg.  I will be stepping back my miles and basicially start over with where I started in January so that I dont injure myself to bad.

Ran out 20 minutes and then back.  Pace was comfy and left foot felt great during and even after.  Right leg still feels tight from my butt all the way down to my foot.  Could use a deep massage most liekly??

Plan called for 15x 25 sec on 1 min off.  Warmed up for 17 minutes and then started the intervals.  Ran out towards Osbornes and then back.  Nice easy pace back home.  Right leg is still tight, and a good pain under my right buttocks???
