I finally decided that it was time to get out and run.  I was enjoying the time off and really enjoying the eating side of the time off.  I had intended on running 5 miles, but when I hit mile 2, Shawn W was running back to his house so I turned around and ran back with him.  We talked for about 20 minutes and then I headed back home.  Right calf is still a little sore, it started to ache a little bit at mile 3.  I think that I needed to stretch before I went out?  It felt good to get out, and the weather has been great.

WHOA---first day back? Is that what it is like when you are so fast???

Where is your wife? She is MIA, too!

Hope you enjoyed the food and the break.

Did you go to Iceland on a mission or something? Are there even people there? What does that mean?

Kellie can move in if she will do half of the cooking and all of the cleaning. Oh, and I could use some of the rooms at my house painted as well.

I did serve my mission in Iceland, and yes there are about 300,000 people that live there. Kellie and I went there on our honey moon. you will have to ask her if she liked it there.

Oh and it says "run to live, live to run"

That is one heck of a place to go on a mission. I honestly thought no one lived there. Is that Greenland?

I tried to do a Google search to figure out what you said, but guess what the first site was it brought up? This one. Dang!
