I got up this morning adn went out before Kellie.  I left at 5:30 and headed east on Salem Canal, I then headed south on Woodland Hills Dr and ran up to the mail boxes, legs were feeling great running up hills today.  I cut across the top and ran past Loafer Mtn Dr so that I could get an extra .5 mile before I headed home.  When I hit Salem Canal I needed another .25 so that I could hit 7.5 miles when I hit my house.  I ran into Michelle and MacK and ran back to my house with them.  Everything seemed to click today, hopefully it clicks tomorrow.

Good job today honey. Although I hate to admit that your week of recovery has gone by Way too fast, I have really enjoyed having you (due to your slow runs) and the road all to myself this week. Hmmmm, what are we going to do about it? You want to go run another 55 miles tomorrow so that you can take another week off?? Just kidding. Good to have you back on board and I look forward to our run tomorrow. Luvs~
