Ran out in the snow today and it really wasn't fun.  The snow kept sticking to the bottom of my shoes and making it uneven for me to run but I kept running out towards Osbornes.  The roads got better towards Spanish Fork so I kept on running to my parents house.  My dad gave me a ride home and I was glad that I kept on running towards SF because I really didn't want to run back on the roads in Salem.  Today was my longest run since Thanksgiving, it seems that my training program is working.  I am slow, but I will get faster everyday!

Those roads were miserable today. I was dying running a 9 min pace. Congrats on your longest run since November!

Tom those roads were brutal...I was so ready to get home. I actually ran towards SF and kept on running to my parents so that I didnt have to run back to Salem on those bad roads. Thanks for checking in, message me whenever you want to go for a slow run!

They were soooo awful! Holly needed 10 miles at a 7 minute pace before her BIG race but I only lasted 5 because fighting every step in the snow was wearing me out. You have ran all week...YAHOOO!

Those nine miles probably counted for 10 due to effort into it. I don't miss those conditions. My tights are sad and unused.
