I have been married for 14 years, I have 3 boys and 1 beautiful little girl!
Today the schedule showed 70 min run with a 30 min tempo in the middle. I warmed up for 3 miles and then started the tempo. Goal pace was 5:58-6:14.

I told Frank that I ran into you and he said " you obviously didnt run with him because I saw his splits on Strava". Hehe..... Good run! On Strava I feel like I have to run fast cuz I dont want to see any slow miles..... Very motivational, I really like it!

I really like Strava...I like that I don't need to type my miles or splits in. Frank is funny, that guy us an animal on a mtn bike.
