Today was tempo day, plan was to warm up and then run at HM-MP for 25 min. 20 min warm up 2.44 miles 25 min tempo 3.68 miles - 6:49, 6:46, 6:48, 6:47 17 min cool down 2.17 miles Today felt harder, but I have not slept very well and my eating has not been good. Hopefully next week will be better. |
