Warmed up for 3 miles and then started the 15x1:00 min on 1:00 min off repeats. I think my record for these is 10 so to do 15 was quite tedious. fast miles 2.64 (5:40 ave pace) Slow miles 1.64
Cooled down for 2.71 miles. I felt really good today now Thursday will be a hard workout!
