Today was another interval day. Same as last week, 10-12 was the plan I opted for 12 because they are only 25 seconds each with a 1 min rest. These seemed easier than last week so I hope that means good things are happening. Warmed up for 20 min because the temps were pretty cold, cooled down after for 22:58, probably should have rounded it up to 23 min and 8 miles but I am not real concerned about mileage just the time that I am on my feet. So far so good, no real pains and I feel great! Speed again on Thursday, cant wait to see how the body reacts! |
