Stay healthy so that I can run long into my life! Try and get faster on shorter miles this winter. Try and focus on having fun with running and helping other people along the way!

Speed work today!  3x2k with 400 m rest

Warmed up for 3 miles and then started at the base of Harry's and then out towards Osborne

2k 7:25.48 (5:59 pace)

2k 7:21.39 (5:56 pace)

2k 7:18.92 (5:54 pace)

Cooled down for 3.03 miles back home.  Felt good today, I could have gone faster on each one but kept it on the lower end of goal pace.  RIght leg/hip has been kind of tight!

Went ot he chiropractor today, no running pain under my right buttocks and hip which is causing my leg to ache a little!  Felt good after the chiro!

Body felt good this morning so I decided to run up payson cyn from my house.  Ran up 6 miles and then back, right leg feels heavy, I won't run tomorrow because Kellie is doing Ragnar so hopefully I can stretch this weekend.  Pace was good today, saw 2 snakes and found a bike helmet!
