Ran a good race today considering the course and my fitness level.  I went out real easy and then finally got into the race at about mile 3.5.  The course turned hard from there until 5.5.  I was glad to get the time that I got and I hope that I will continue to get faster every week.

Nice job today Tyler. Those hills late in the race were killer. You were still within shooting distance for a while but then you cranked it up on the uphill and I lost sight of you.

Good racing. Thats not the quickest course in the world. Looks like your getting back into good shape.

Good job, sorry I didn't see you guys much after the race. I went out and ran the course backward pretty much to get in more miles. When do you guys head to Boston?

Tyler- Nice meeting you on the plane. Thanks for the tip on this website.

Hopefully, I will be logging some miles in the weeks to come.
