Almost didn't go run this morning because of the wind. It was blowing so hard, but I decided as long as it wasn't cold that I would go for it. Luckily it wasn't cold, I was going to go 8 but only had time for 6.5 I tried focusing on my form on the way back with the head wind. I hate running in the wind, but I think that it can be easier if your form is right. Ran out to dairy road and then back home.

How Awesome you met Ryan Hall. Hope all is going well. I need to start doing some longer runs or running Utah Valley is really going to hurt.

Clay he was so nice! He talked to us for a bit and the only thing that he wanted to talk about was our race! Pretty cool!
