Almost didn't run this morning. The wind was blowing all night hard and when the alarm went off the wind was blowing so hard.  I sent Rich a text (who lives in S.F) and said that I really didn't feel like running in the wind.  He sent a text back and said "that's funny it's not even blowing at my house"  He lives on the East Bench of S.F. so it should have been a lot more windy there?  So I text back and said let's go then.  We met at Bishops and ran around the golf course, and believe it or not there was no wind, maybe just a breeze.  It was a great run and I am now glad that I got out of bed and went.

LOTS AND LOTS OF SNOW!!!  Why does it always have to snow the day before a speed workout?

Nice job this morning Tyler;-) I almost did the same thing, but once I was out running the wind seemed to die down a bit and it was tolerable.

Keep working hard.

I did cancel my run. I hate running in the wind! Now I feel guilty for not getting out. Way to go!

Jezz kid! Good run! Wish I could muster up 9 MILES at 7:35. Nice and easy for you though! Glad you got out there!

Dude I just read your post on my blog. Looks like we are both at 149 right now. So maybe we'll just have to both purchase In and Out. That is exciting that you guys are coming down for Spring Break, the only problem for me is the fact I'm going to be down in Phoenix until late Saturday night. We are leaving on Tuesday and won't be back until later in the week. I wish we could have got together for a run, but I am pretty sure that Bill will be around for the week. I'm not quite sure what anybody else is doing. As far as group runs, the guys usually meet at the running store at 5:00 pm on Thursdays and then usually plan the Saturday run and route at that time. Bill Campbell also has Friday's off so I'm sure he would be up for running that day also.

Kelli I am actually not going down to run! Kellie and the "girls" are going and I am not invited. But I will take the good luck and use it this weekend on something else.

WOOPSY!!! Did you run something else so you would have your two races in for St George???

Good luck taking care of the little boys all weekend!
