Ran with Dan again today. We started at the mouth of Provo Canyon again and ran up 4 miles and back.  I am glad that he has started running again on the asphalt, it really helps me to get out when I can't run in the morning.

How was the trail going up Provo Canyon? All clear? Did you go to Bridal Veil and turn back? I love running up there. Get some hard winds though every now and then.

PS - I got to your blog via the "Lone Faithfuls" I guess someone should talk to you every now and then.

The trail is clear until you hit bridal veil, and then the trail is snow packed for about .5 miles. I kind of like being a lone faithful. I would rather fly under the radar!

NICE run up Provo Canyon and a bonus to have someone to run with. Keep on "flying", you little speed demon. Good luck on your Dam 2 Dam next weekend.

Thanks Smooth, but I am not running Dam 2 Dam next weekend. I forgot that it was on Valentines Day so I need to stay home and take my cute wife out to dinner.

Oh, I just saw that on you 2009 races. Good thinking! Better make dinner reservation early. Last year we waited for 2 hours at Red Lobster. I tried to talk Larry into going down to Hurricane for an "early" Valentines celebration...no dice. Somehow he doesn't think MY running Dam 2 Dam is very romantic.;) Have fun taking your drop dead gorgeous wife out!!!

I made reservations last week for the Chef's Table! We love that place, they have the best butternut squash soup! Tell Larry hello, he is such a nice guy!
