I can tell that I am finally recovering from the WBR.  I actually woke up before my alarm went off, that hasn't happened for long time.  My back is still a little sore but I can tell that it is feeling better.  I ran over to Woodland Hills Dr and then up to the mailboxes and then over to Loafer  and up to Elk Ridge City office and then back home.  I felt really good on the uphill and tried to keep it slower on the downhill.  It looks like Elk Ridge City might be having a 10k, someone has marked a course out going up Loafer Dr?  I will have to check into that and see.  I hope the back holds out this week, so that I can get some good miles in.

Glad to see you are feeling better. I got the certificate in the mail the other day, thanks I'm going to go over and see what they have tonight. I'm glad to be back from vacation and now I'm ready to get in some good miles. I am heading to Colorado in two weeks, but for the most part June was my super busy month the rest of the summer should be better and I should be able to get in better training.

I am glad that the back is feeling better too. Very frustrating. I hope that you can find something for $20.00? Running stores can be so expensive. Except the St. George Running Center. I have scout camp next mon-fri so that will be a low mileage week for me. Other than that we are pretty good. We might be coming to St. George this fri-sun, for the 4th. If that happens I will let you know.
