Got up and ran this morning before Kellie went out with the Heidi's.  It was a good morning, there was no wind and it was actually pretty warm.  I was able to run in shorts and a long sleeve shirt.  I kind of ran all over Salem today, left the house with several routes in mind but kind of just ran where ever.

Nice ave. pace there! I was pretty fatigued and my average pace for my run was about a 7:45. I had to run all that Easter candy out of my sytem. Oh I love Cadbury eggs. haha

Are you guys planning a long run for Saturday? Let me know Ill make plans.

Walter we will be out of town on Saturday. I bet that McKenzie will be running long? My Saturday's have been crazy the past 3 weeks. If we need to plan it on another day we could surely do that.
