I almost didn't get out of bed this morning.  I actually turned off the alarm clock and got back into bed and told Kellie that I really needed to sleep.  I tried going back to sleep for about 10 minutes, but it just wasn't going to happen so I climbed out of bed and headed out the door for an hour run before Kellie and the Heidi's went at 6:00.

I ran out 4 miles towards powerhouse rd and back.  I felt really good this morning and was glad that I got my lazy butt out of bed.  The air was so good this morning, I love the smell of freshly cut hay.  I saw 4 roosters, one of which I could have caught with my hands.  I was surprised to see so many, they are pretty much gone in the state of Utah.  I am starting to think the same thing about turkey's.

good to see your lazy butt out of bed. It would of been fun to see you trying to catch that rooster.

Way to follow throughn this morning! Sometimes its hard to get out of bed, I wrestle with it almost everyday;-)

Keep up the good work, and if I can ever get healthy I will have you pace me on a tempo run...

That is so funny that you say that, I HATE the smell of hay. HATE IT! It smells metal-y to me.

Great job getting up. It was hard for me today at 6:20. I want more sleep but can not ever seem to get it!

What is the next race on the agenda? Are you really waiting clear til July?
