Let's see if I remember how to do this?????  Man it has been a long time since I have posted a run.  Finally work is slowing down a bit and so I should have more time to blog!

Today was the first time running since the marathon.  I felt better than I thought I would, just a couple of aches and pains in the legs but nothing to bad.   I ran into Michelle and Mac on Canal road, said hi for a second and then continued on with the 5 mile square.  I feel like I have to get permission from Kellie and the Heidi's to run "their" course??  I was feeling good after 3 so I decided to throw in some quicker miles.  Mile 4 6:48, mile 5 6:43.  It felt really good to get out and run, I really have missed it this week.  My plan is to try and hit 40 miles a week for a while and just try and have fun with running, not be so serious.

See you tomorrow

40 seems really ambitious to me, I vow to not run more than 30 a week...good job!

I plan to run at least 6 everyday and then try for 10 on Saturday's? That is less than an hour of running every day and then just over and hour on Saturday? I hope to get some shorter faster tempo runs in with those 6 miles each day.

Welcome back! Getting back to the fun of running seems to be a common theme lately.
