Man I really had to fight to get out of bed this morning.  I finally hit the asphalt at 4:50, which is about 5 minutes to late.  I don't think that I have ever sweat as bad as I did today!!!  It was so hot and muggy, normally it cools down when I get close to the river bottoms, but not today.  Legs felt a little sluggish today, but I figured that they would.  Glad to be done for the day and excited for the long weekend!

I didn't know that was you this morning! Don't take this the wrong way but your arms looked larger so I didn't assume it was you...way to go. I hear you about the temps, I felt so muggy as well. BTW, your gatorade bottle was on top on an ant hill so i threw it on my bag. Have a great weekend

You are off to a great week. I used your certificate and got some socks, thanks.

Mac- I kind of thought that you didn't recognize me? I think that it was more that I had a hat on. I never wear a hat, but all of my bandanna's were dirty! No offense taken on the arms, I like that they haven't shriveled up on me! Thanks for cleaning up my trash!

Thanks Paul- Studly week this week because next week will be SCOUT CAMP WEEK!

Dustin I hope that the socks treat you right!
