Man alive I could not get my lazy butt out of bed this morning.  I guess that I stayed up to late playing with the new garmin.  I finally put enough guilt on myself that I drug my butt out of bed.  So in all it cost me 2 miles!  No big deal, I guess that I can "maybe" make that up tonight.

I love the new watch, it is very comfy and it is very easy to use!  Since I was short on time I ran out 4 miles to power house rd and back.  I hate that they chipped Salem Canal and Power house Roads!  It is so annoying running on those loose rocks, and it is very loud.  Normally after you chip a road you come back and sweep the road and then spray them with another coat of oil so that you don't have loose rocks all over the place.  Oh well I guess that being a road guy I would be the only one to notice that kind of stuff!

I still can't believe you can get 8 miles in in under an hour. And, you got 15.5 in yesterday so I think you are pretty good for the week so far!! Love the new picture, you look pretty HOT in pink!! Luvs~

SWEET! You got a new GARMIN!!! 8 is GREAT! I'm not a road person and I know exactly what you're talking about. They do that here too and it is annoying. I'm sure they will finish the job properly in a day or two. You do look HOT in pink, should try wearing pink more often. :)

Kellie I am not done for the week! I ma just getting started.

Smooth I hope that they finish the road work soon! The garmin is awesome, it is the 405 so it will take some getting use too.

Soley for clarification purposes I was meaning that 33.5miles for only 3 days into the week was pretty good (in other words, I wouldn't worry about only getting in 8 today as opposed to 10). Rest assured honey, I know you aren't done for the week. I am married to ya and know all about how you view your running miles during a week :). Nice job today~

You two make me laugh! I was just going to comment on the road chopping thing. I'm glad this was an easy week for me so I've only had to run that road twice, it sucks getting little rocks in your shoes but gives me an excuse to stop. Great running this week Tyler. Kellie -hope your feeling better!
