Met Rich this morning at the SF City Park and ran out towards the River Bottoms. We made a quick pit stop at Canyon View Park and then headed back towards the City Park. We had to add some extra blocks so that we could hit 13 miles. It was a great morning, the air was a lot better today. We did have a slight dog encounter on the way back, but luckily it didn't get a firm hold on Rich. Legs felt pretty good today, we were going to tempo back to the park. But we didn't and it was nice to chat instead of running fast!

I guess that it was me that you passed. That is how I am recognized is by the bandanna look. My head sweats so bad that I have to wear those dang things. It was still dark and I really couldn't see you guys because you were cruising. Next time I will stop and say hi!

Burt - Rich was on the outside of the road so it came after him first. I kind of ditched off in the gravel and the stopped and tried to kick it. It ran off pretty scared. Better go and get some pepper spray!

Good run. That is what I do with dogs, turn, face them and get ready to put them in the back of the net. (I played soccer in HS)

I just hope that when I go for the back of the net move that they don't grab hold of me! I didn't play soccer I wrestled and I really don't want to wrestle a dog! ok, so maybe a little poodle I could handle that!
