Went to the gym again this morning and ran. I really think that running outside makes me sick in the winter so I will hold out on outside running for the long runs. I wanted to do some speed today so I ran 2 miles warm up and then did a 5k tempo. I wanted to be around 20 minutes. My actual time was 19:40, and I felt really good so there was some left in the tank. Plan is to do 7 tomorrow and then 8 on Thursday and then 9 on Friday and hopefully 10-13 on Saturday. Knee has felt great so far!!! |
