Went to the gym with Kellie this morning. We both were not in the mood to run outside with the running group in the cold weather. I started out with a 2 mile warm up and then started a 5 mile tempo run. I started at a 6:40 pace for the first 2 miles and then 2 miles at 6:30 and then the last mile I sped up every .25. I also would run at a 3% incline the last .25 of every mile. This was a good workout and I was sweating real bad, luckily no one came and ran beside me. Planning on 9 tomorrow and at least 10-13 on Saturday. I hope the temps go up a little because I just cant run that long on the treadmill! HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO EVERYONE!!!
