Woke up early this morning so that Kellie could go out after me.  I ran into McKenzie and ran with her for a while.  It was good to chat with her.  After she left I ran another .5 and then decided that I would do some speed work.  I had enough time get get in some faster miles before I had to be home.  I started with 1 mile at 5:53 pace, jogged for 2 minutes and then ran .5 in 2:50 (5:38 pace).  I ran for another 1.5 miles and finished at the house.  Great morning, the weather was perfect.  Work will be really busy today!

Glad your work is busy. Beats not being busy at work.

Sorry if I slowed you down today, thanks so much for letting me join you. Can I meet you and Rich tomorrow? I will leave you alone when Michelle and Ali recover! It was a nice run this morning, probably even better when Kellie got out.

I wil let you know what time and where we will be meeting. You did not slow me down at all, it was just right.

Michelle you are exactly right. I am glad that work is busy, it sure makes time fly by.
