Stay healthy so that I can run long into my life! Try and get faster on shorter miles this winter. Try and focus on having fun with running and helping other people along the way!

Ran with Michelle and several others this morning.  We warmed up for 3 miles and then started out 7x3:00 min repeats.  They went very well.  I actually felt strong through all of them.

Finished right at Osborne Corner and then jogged back to the Stake Center.  Great workout today.  Great running partner's.

Wow your splits look better than mine do. My #7 looks like my #6 so you can count it the same as your #6.

You showed today that you haven't lost all your fitness, and can be a machine even with some extra heft on you. Now make sure you and Kellie eat AS MUCH AS YOU WANT on the cruise. You only live once.
