Ran with Michelle and several others this morning. We warmed up for 3 miles and then started out 7x3:00 min repeats. They went very well. I actually felt strong through all of them. Splits Distance Pace
1- .52 5:45 2:00 min rest 2- .49 6:07 (good uphill) 3- .53 5:42 4- .48 6:16 (uphill the whole way!!) 5- .51 5:55 6- .50 6:02 7- I will have to look at Michelle's blog, I didn't get #7?? Finished right at Osborne Corner and then jogged back to the Stake Center. Great workout today. Great running partner's.
