I really hard a hard time getting up this morning.  I guess it wasn't hard getting up, just hard to get going.  I never real got into the run until mile 3, after that I started to get into a groove and things started to click.  The weather is perfect right now!

Good job getting out. I go through that little battle of getting up and going every morning. Glad to see you win!

Good luck on Sat.

You getting ready for this weekend? I guess I'm getting more excited than nervous at this point, but that will probably all change by Friday night.

Dustin I am getting excited to run this weekend. I hope that the day goes good, no side aches would be great. I am kind of sad that I am not running the full, but then kind of glad at the same time. You have trained hard this winter, so you will do great. I think that your plan sounds great about doing the first half in 1:25:ish! I think that you can run a a strong negative split on the second half. Call me when you are getting close to Ogden so that I can make sure I get your stuff to you and the BULL!
