So the battle to get out of bed was not quite as bad as Wednesday, but it was still a struggle.  Now that my turkey hunt is over I won't be getting up at 4am every other day!  I ran the same route as Wednesday, out 4 to Powerhouse Rd and back.  I didn't see any pheasants this morning, but I did see 5 deer 4 of which were bucks!  I am really loving the morning temps and weather I wish that it would stay like this all year.  Legs are feeling fresh and I am looking forward to a good season of marathon training.

Hey, so thanks for checking in on me! I haven't been running just riding the bike and lifting weights. My foot was so bad on Monday afternoon and Tuesday that I could hardly walk. It has been nagging me for about 6 months but, I have been able to run through it. After my race, the pain went from being a bother to really hurting. I'm sure it's plantar Fasciitis and should go away. I just decided to take off the rest of the week and start back up on Monday. It is feeling better today, I can actually walk and hardly notice it. Yesterday I was so tempted to jump on the treadmill but, I resisted. I got some new shoes and I'm going to try a heel pad and hopefully that will all help, if not I will probably go CRAZY!! I guess better now than in a month.

You are putting in some great runs! I can't believe you get up at 4:00AM, now that's determination.

Nice run this morning Tyler! I saw those same deer yesterday, but I only saw the 3 bucks;-) Its pretty cool with the horns just starting out and they are in the velvet, only in Utah Baby!
