Back is feeling better today.  I did play softball last night and my calves started locking up on me.  I am falling apart!  I will rest again tomorrow and I just found out that my lovely wife booked me a massage for tomorrow!  I hope to be back and running by Saturday, I feel fine to run now, but I will wait! "i hope" no promises though.

Wive's are the best...I mean that in a singular sense and not the polygamist sense when I say wives and not wife. :) Good job Kellie!

Oh your poor back. I know that pain-literally! Take it easy and the massage will do wonders.

Tyler, sorry to hear about your back. Hope it's temporary. It seems like you and Kellie are having the back troubles and Jason and I are having the feet troubles. Jason just found out that he tore his peroneal tendon around his ankle. I guess this is really common for trail runners. It might need surgery but, we are waiting to see if it gets better with a brace. So, I guess it's good that we are both out for a little bit. I hope to be back in a week or so.

Dang Kellie, that really stinks!! It's crazy how our bodies just decide to give up from time to time!! Good luck with the feet issues. I hope that Jason heals without having to have surgery!! Good luck with everything!!:)

Kellie I hope that Jason can avoid surgery. I run with a guy that runs trails all of the time and his ankles are horrible. I am sure that your foot pain will go away with some time off. It is just hard to not run! It is to addicting! Good Luck and keep in touch.
