Run felt good today!  It started out kind of cold, but after 2 miles I shed the pants and just ran in shorts and long sleeve shirt.  Hope to start stringing a couple of day together, get some consistent running in before Painters.

Ran to the gym last night and did some leg weights and then ran and biked, then ran home after that. I really wanted to keep running when I left the gym but just didnt have the time. Knee is still feeling better. Hopefully I can start some speed work next week :)

Went to St George yesterday with the scouts and we stayed at our house.  We did baptism's for the dead last night and then this morning we got up and rode the Green Valley Loop trail.  It was a blast, we had a couple of breakdowns but for the most part the bikes ran great.  We only had one wreck and it was in the last 5 feet of the trail.  The boy only had a few scrapes.
